It is our policy that all in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. In-Stock items ordered on weekends (after 12 pm EST Friday) and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
All packages are sent by Expedited Parcel service. This service takes 1 to 7 business days. It includes $100.00 insurance and a bar code for tracking.
*Please note that Regular Post carries no insurance and My Lil' Miracle Inc. will not assume any liability for parcels lost by Canada Post.

Packages sent by USPS Airmail service take 7 to 10 business days to most major US cities. This does not include any kind of tracking or insurance.
If you would like a traceable service, please select – UPS, Purolator, Federal Express or a Canada Post/USPS service - Xpresspost™ USA, Expedited Parcel or Tracked Package USA.

In the event of a return, please contact 1-888-825-4326 for a return authorization number. This number should be marked on the exterior of the package. All returns should be sent via regular parcel post. All postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please do not use UPS as this could trigger a $35.00 brokerage fee which will be the customers responsibility. Please mark all packages as Canadian Goods Returned. For your protection we suggest you insure your package in case of loss by the Canada Post or the USPS
