We will repair/replace any manufacturer's defect which could extend to Velcro™, snaps, defects in fabric and/or notions etc. Some defects only appear with wear. My Lil’ Miracle Inc. may replace defective merchandise that has been washed and/or worn, provided it is returned within 30 days of purchase.
Customers with defective merchandise should always return the product to his or her retailer for repair or exchange. If you purchased the product on-line please contact Head Office – email@example.com.
My Lil’ Miracle reserves the right to repair defective merchandise. We will evaluate the product(s) in question and make the final decision regarding any repair or exchange. If the problem is determined not to be the responsibility of the manufacturer, the product, unless otherwise directed, will be returned to you at your expense. If your request for repair/exchange is deemed invalid you are free to repair/replace the product at your own expense.
Kindly complete the Return Authorization (RA) form providing a list of items including style, size and color (copies of an invoice or packing slip are acceptable). The defective product should be returned with your request.
The Indisposables™ Cloth Diaper is guaranteed to sustain 75 washings. Please see the “Washing/Care Instructions for further details and exceptions.
