If you are not 100% satisfied with your unwashed, unused purchase within 30 days you may return it for a prompt exchange or credit. Shipping Charges are excluded.

Warranty

All items are covered by our 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. The Indisposables™ Cloth Diaper is guaranteed to sustain 75 washings. Please see the “Washing/Care Instructions” for further details and exceptions.

Exchange Policy

We will replace any manufacturer's defect which could extend to Velcro™, Aplix™ Hook and Loop, snaps, defects in fabric and/or notions etc. Some defects only appear with wear. My Lil’ Miracle Inc. may replace or repair defective merchandise that has been washed and/or worn, provided it is returned within 30 days of purchase. Each product will be evaluated for defects and any product received that is deemed not to be a manufacturer's defect (e.g. stains) will be returned to you ‘as is’ without reimbursement.

Return Procedure

In the event of a return, please contact the Store or Authorized Consultant from whom you made the purchase. They will handle the return for you.

If you purchased the product from our on-line store please contact maryann@mylilmiracle.com. You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.

All returns should be forwarded to Head Office via regular Parcel Post. If the exchange is approved, you will be reimbursed for postage by credit. In the event an exchange is rejected, a Rejection Notice will be sent to the Consultant or Store. It is the Consultant or Store's responsibility to notify the customer of the rejection. If you purchased the product on-line we will contact you directly. All postage for rejected product is the responsibility of the Consultant, Store, or Customer and product will be returned at your expense. Any return received at Head Office without a RA number will be immediately returned to the Consultant, Store, or Customer at their own expense.
